Disclaimer of Warranty

Except as expressly set forth in this services agreement, Countrywide Tech does not make, and expressly disclaims, all other warranties express or implied relating to the services (including without limitation, any supplied software) or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, security, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice. if you purchase any third party software from us, the only representations or warranties applicable to such software shall be included in a click-wrap, shrink-wrap or similar type of license agreement included with that third party softwareand Countrywide Tech does no make any warranties or representations with respect to such software. this disclaimer section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Countrywide Tech will have no liability whatsoever for any changes in your it equipment/ hardware which may be necessary for Countrywide Tech to deliver services including but not limited to use or installation of any third party software to perform services.

Exclusion of Damages
In no event shall Countrywide Tech be liable hereunder , to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regardless to the type of claim, whether arising in tort, statute, contract or otherwise, for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of use, interruption of business, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of content or other information arising out of or in any way connected with this services agreement even if Countrywide Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Limitation of liability
in no event shall Countrywide Tech’s maximum liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for direct damages resulting from any claim hereunder, regardless to the type of claim, whether arising in tort, statute, contract or otherwise, exceed the amount of fees paid by you under this services agreement.

Right to Subcontract Services
you acknowledge that Countrywide Tech shall have the right to use subcontractors in delivering some or all of the services under this agreement.further, you agree that in the event that subcontractors are used to provide all or any portion of the services, any claims arising out of or relating to such services may only be asserted against the subcontractor and not against Countrywide Tech, inc.
